We choose all our brands based on their sustainability and innovation. Every order is also packaged with recyclable or compostable materials making it entirely sustainable.

Does FOUND by Flynn source all ethical products?

All FOUND by Flynn’s brands are chosen because they are ethical, sustainable or educational.

Are organic materials better for my child?

Organic materials such as cotton are far better for everyone, but especially kids. With inorganic cotton, the chemicals used in its production can be absorbed into the skin. On top of this, organic cotton uses less water, making it the sustainable option. 

How do I know what size to buy for my child?

Can I use Afterpay on FOUND by Flynn?

Are FOUND by Flynn products gift wrapped?

You can choose to have your purchase gift wrapped with a personalised tag for an additional $5.95. Before you select 'Add to Cart', wait a few seconds for the image of a present to appear. Tick the box next to the image that says ' Did you want this order gift wrapped?'. Then click 'Add to Cart'.

How long does it take for FOUND by Flynn products to arrive?

Shipping time varies depending on your location within Australia. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and can take anytime from 3-7 days to arrive. International orders are dispatched within a day and can take anytime from 6-12 days to arrive. Please see Delivery & Postage, Returns & Exchange Policy – FOUND by Flynn for more details. 

Where is FOUND by Flynn located?

We are located in Sydney, Australia, but we are exclusively an online store, with no physical shop. This means that FOUND Flynn products are always accessible to you wherever you are.
